Both the GEP and A/C are very weak here.
I am not sure when the freq came up, but it is going as of 2009UTC. I had 
been trying to monitor 339.4/? I am not sure that 364.5 is the air freq for 
339.4. I have not been able to clearly hear any voice on 364.5, but 339.4 has 
been active sometimes (mostly distorted this afternoon).

While searching, a number of freqs were active. I believe that there has been 
a test of the UHF band this afternoon. Freqs noted:
341.175
349.600
358.025
366.450
374.875
391.725
339.625
343.675
345.425
347.900
There were carriers on these freqs that would vary from time to time and then 
they would go away. I tried both scanners and got the same results so I know 
that it was not birdies. I also turned off my computer and got the same 
results.

About two hours after the initial search, I found that all of the above freqs 
had moved up by 25KHz. There was never any voice or tones on these freqs.
